airplanes and earthquakes
This is my husband's favorite story to tell. When I was 17 and I asked my husband, boyfriend at the time, "Honey, what do you think would happen to an airplane in the air during an earthquake?" He laughed and said "Nothing - It's in the air" And then I made a bigger fool of myself and replied " Yah,but they call it an earthquake so the air is earth. They should call it a groundquake." He laughed histarically and said "Yah, but air is part of the atmosphere" and I replied " Well, it's not like Earth is just floating around in space!" That was truly one of my dumbest moments. But he still married me so that must be love!
