Fire Fighting
One night, as my wife and I were just about to get in the shower together, the smoke alarm went off. After smelling smoke in the hallway, we ran to the kitchen. On the stove, in a pan, was a grease fire. We had forgot to turn off the burner, that was reheating some bacon grease. So I grabbed a hot pad, then grabbed the pan, not a smart move but particularly not smart with no clothes on, and took the pan and tossed it outside. Next came turning off the smoke alarm, and opening the windows. Thankfully we, at least we do not think, were noticed by our neighbors and that our children slept through the whole incident.
