I have several pictures and other mementos from previous relationships. I'm now married, should I get rid of that stuff?

That is an excellent question and I'm not an expert worthy of answering it. But I would think it mainly depends on how your husband feels about them. If they don't bother him I would think it would be ok to keep them. If the picture has you in it then your husband would probably like you to keep it. If it's just a picture of your old boyfriend then your husband would probably not want you to keep it - but again it depends on what your husband thinks. It seems like you would not really want to keep pictures of your old boyfriend unless you are in the picture too. Then main thing is that you not act like you need to hang on to past relationships - so you should be willing to discard things that would bring up memories of intimate past relationships.
