Hi, fellow (and non-fellow!) singles--- I just discovered some beneficial writings on the subject of "emotional purity" for singles. Emotional purity is about guarding your heart and being wise in your dealings with the opposite sex, even before anything physical becomes a temptation.
The first is a book titled, "Emotional Purity: An Affair of the Heart," and it's by Heather Paulsen, though she has since married and her last name is now Patenaude (I mention that because an updated edition is possible). She is glad to be contacted at emotionalpurity@yahoo.com. Also, some articles by other writers can be found by doing a computer search with this subject.
They look to be quite helpful. I know, and maybe you know, that not guarding your heart at the emotional level is dangerous and can lead to trouble. We singles need this kind of encouragement.
