So be sure and get plenty of sleep and exercise and don't overeat so you don't get fat and you will be happy and healthy.

Another added ingredient is a good relationship with your spouse, your family, and God.  You can achieve this by managing your expectations, which means - "don't expect much from others."  This way they will not disappoint you.  Then you will be happy and thankful when they do please you.
