This Website Promotes 'Oneness'!
This website helps married couples realize their need for love and sacrifice in the marriage relationship, and it helps them realize their need for God's love and forgiveness so they themselves can be filled with love. God's love for each and every person is unconditional and never failing. (Romans 8:35-39) Forever He will love us with great patience and forgiveness; His grace and compassion cannot be met by any other. When we understand that we are in desperate need of such love and when we ask the one true, loving God to come inside and fill our empty hearts, He makes a new person out of us. (2 Corinthians 5:17) His love captures our hearts; consequently, our words and actions overflow with that uncontainable love. For God is love, perfect, holy, and just--the same wise and sovereign God that breathed life into the first man and woman. And God said, "...a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh." (Genesis 2:24) God instituted the first marriage between a man and a woman and said the two should become one flesh. A husband and wife have the most amazing, indescribable bond among all other human relationships. God desires that a husband and wife should be so close that they are no longer two, but one--so connected in body and soul and spirit.
This website encourages the husband and wife to get closer to each other in all three of those areas. The romantic writings stimulate great sexual and physical desire for each other. But this loving and passionate sex connects the couple emotionally as well. The husband and wife experience oneness in their bodies and begin caring more for each other's thoughts and emotions, their souls. This website also has a section for spiritual growth and a prayer and praise category of writings. These writing categories are specifically aimed at helping couples grow with each another spiritually, but I have found scattered throughout the site many writings and tips that prompt spiritual growth. (I might add that the radio dramas at the top are very inspiring and remind us of the great hope that God alone can give.) If any marriage relationship lacks God as the center focus, how can the couple continually love and forgive each other? That is what a successful marriage takes--unlimited loving sacrifice and forgiveness.
This website proclaims Christ the Lord of All and challenges all of its visitors, including all spouses, to make Him the Lord of their personal lives because He is our example of perfect love. Being "one" in spirit is very important! (2 Corinthians 6:14) I can see that the director of this website wants to have free coaching more readily available for couples that need help becoming "one" in all three of the discussed areas: in body, soul, and spirit. I have dealt personally with the director, and I find him to be a very humble, wise, and faithful man. I trust that God is guiding Him as he runs this website. I thank him greatly for this incredible resource!
