Nothing is impossible for God
My husband and I met while we were both attending a bible school. I was presently in a relationship with someone else and he liked a young girl from his home church, who also attended school there. One of his friends liked me, but did not have the guts to talk to me, since I was new at the school. So my now husband decided to talk to me to get me to talk to his friend. Well much to say things didn't work out the way we plan but only according to God plans. We started to talk and I would ask for his advice on things for my relationship and he I would give him advice on how to treat the girl he liked and where to take her out...etc.
One day my then boyfriend had to leave to Mexico because his mother was sick. He asked me to marry him before he left and said that if I said "yes" he would not leave until we had gotten married. Well I did not know what to do and of course I asked my buddy his opinion. He said well you have to pray about it and if God puts peace in your heart well then go ahead. So I did and needless to say he left to Mexico and was there for almost a whole year. During this year my husband and I got to know each other more and more.
One day he invited me to his sister's birthday party and then I asked him when his birthday was and he ask me. Well it turns out that both of our birthdays is July 14th. (different years) He was in shock but I did not know why. Well he after told me that he had told God in one of his prayers "God I know nothing is impossible for you, The person that I will know that the person I am going to marry is going to have my same date of birth and that will be the confirmation from you".
Well here we are two years later together. We are now co-pastors of a church and we very happy together. And our lesson learned is that NOTHING is impossible to God!!!!
