Love

Love is patient and kind. Love does not envy, boast, or is proud. Love is not rude or self-seeking. Love is not easily angered and does not remember wrong. Love does not love evil, but rejoices in truth. Love always protects, trusts, hopes, and preserveres. Love does not fail.   - 1 Corinthians 13:4-8a

Love covers all defects of the bride.   - Song of Songs 4:7

Love dies for the bride.   - Ephesians 5:25-27

In my own view I have witnessed a few divorces from couples close to me. I think we have forgotten what love is. Our love is only shown when things are going good. The minute something happens we quit. God never did that. God never would leave or forsake someone he loves. We are here to SHOW that to the world. The minute something happens we get "fleshy" and act as the world would act. The bond between man and woman is eternal. Why don't we show this? What if we actually, truely loved one another? Christ died for us (His Church). What if we died for ours?
