Announcement! Pittsburgh area brings Ex-Gay Convention to town!
I've written in response to several posts, I believe on the discussion group or maybe on the comments page. Several men responded, struggling with same sex attraction or SSA as it's referred to by Exodus, a Christian healing program.
While this website predominantly is geared towards the Christian marriage, a husband and a wife, unfortunately there are also marriages in which the husband's interests are in men, or the wife may have interests in women-unhealthy interests and while this isn't what God had in plan for their lives, they know no way out. They hate the lust in their hearts. They hate what propels them to seek other relationships, and yet they're uncertain as to where to go. They think this could be a genetic problem and they've given their hearts to Christ, so now what? What's the next step?
I personally know of people just like this and my heart aches for them. While visiting with a friend of mine, I learned of a one day convention coming to Pittsburgh, packed full of encouraging testimonials from ex-gays, Exodus leaders; people who have been radically changed, only by God's marvelous grace.
