Objecitonable advertising
For the most part, I enjoy this website and find nothing wrong with it. However, today I began noticing ads for things like Wiccan love spells and love help from psychics. I really do not want to be judgmental, but these activities are clearly forbidden by scripture.
What is going on?

Thank you for your comment. We allow Google to display ads on the web site and they pay us about $100 to $200 per month which we are using to advertise to let more married couples know about the site.
Sometimes an ad appears that we do not like. If we see an ad, we can block the site from advertising on our site by adding it to a list of blocked sites. We have about 10 sites which we are currently blocking.
We can use your help in knowing which sites to block. I work full time and so I can not watch the site all day and most of the night. But if you or any subscribers or visitors see an ad like a psychic ad or any other ad like a gambling ad or any ad which is inappropriate, please let us know and we will block the site. Once we block the site it takes about 6 hours for Google to block the site.
If you will let us know by emailing us at editor@marriageromance.com we will block the site. What we need is the domain name of the site or a URL to the site. You can click on the ad to see where the ad goes to and then copy the URL or web address and send it to us. Or you can submit a comment with the web address and we will block it as soon as I get off work.
Thanks again for caring and letting us know and we really want to block all those sites. So you are really helping out to ask this question so others too can understand how the advertising works.
