I like to do this with my wife.  Do you ever play Yahtzee?  I took a standard Yahtzee card, and re-created it on my computer, only with very suggestive sexual things listed that you had to do, depending on what you roll.  We would put the game on hold, go over to the bed and perform whatever was required on each other, not being allowed to go too far.  It was SO HOT for both of us.  We had pudding, fruit, and other things on the score card.  Just be creative and HAVE FUN!
