True Love
My husband and I met in the most unusual way for me. We met online through a teen Christian chat room. We were about 20 years old and started talking. To make a long story short, he ended up moving to North Carolina from Illinois just to be with me. He left behind family, friends...everything. We soon became engaged and started to plan our wedding. He pushed me on many things. The wedding colors, cake, even my nerves... but not ONCE did he ever push me to have sex with him before marriage. He knew my walk with God and my commitment to stay a virgin until I was lawfully wed. It wasn't easy for him.
He had been with people before he became saved under the blood of Jesus and even though he was living right, he had his struggles. But he never pushed me. He never asked me to have sex. Not once in a year and a half of dating. Matter of fact, he wouldn't even touch any part of me. We never had anything oral. NOTHING! He was the perfect gentleman. I can't tell you how blessed I was to find this man. He respected me in the most amazing way. And I am forever grateful! I pray if any of you haven't found your mate, that you will find one like him!
