The best marriage counseling website ever!
I have been spending more time with my husband. Why? Maybe I've been missing the mark for quite some time now. I mean, he's always been there, and we've had a pretty good marriage, as far as marriages go. But, the last few years, we forgot how to focus on us, and frankly things had been, fading... For a long time, I tried ignoring the situation, figuring that's how all marriages end up, but something kept bugging me. I tried focusing on friends, but that only took me further away from a solution. Since I tend to be the headstrong, determined type, I wasn't willing to settle for an "okay" marriage. I'm greedy. I wanted more.
It wasn't hard to convince my husband that our marriage could use a pick-me-up, not to mention, a few issues resolved (he had been pushing that direction). We thought about counseling, but who has time, or money for that matter? So, after searching, and prayer, I came across this site: marriagebuilders(dot)com.
Wow. Every concern, every frustration, everything that I was missing I found here.

I was hopeful, but I certainly didn't expect this. This site covers it all. I highly recommend it! (Obviously!) Highlights include: emotional needs, the love bank, love busters, policy of joint agreement, and the policy of undivided attention. And they don't just apply to marriage, but to any relationship. Most of all, reading stuff on this site helped me understand myself better. I'm a lot quirkier than I thought! And pretty close to normal too.
