What I wait for
I wait for the touch of an amazing woman. I wait for the days when I make passionate love to my best friend. I wait for a truly intimate connection with someone that will share everything with me.
I've dabbled in the ways of the world some only to come back to the main point that God designed this amazing connection between a man and woman, husband and wife.
Solomon says the wife of your youth will please you your whole life, I cannot wait to delight in the wife of my youth. To look at her body and know it is now mine. To know that I am only for her, and that she is for me, and that all things are ok between a man and wife that have been brought together.
I can't wait for my wedding night...hopefully we won't be too tired from all of the festivities. We will get back to the hotel with only one thing on our mind. And then it happens. she begins to take off her dress. Every time she takes something off, it reveals a little more of her soul. Before removing all, she turns to me and starts removing my clothes. I thought I would be nervous, but I laugh when I realize that I am with the person who knows all, and loves me anything.
And then I finally get to gaze upon her. The sight of a woman who is meant for me. I lay her down and gently start exploring her. It's like a whole new world that has just been laid out before my eyes. I want her to feel everything our first time so I take extra care to make sure she is totally ready before I enter her.
And then, we are one. As God intended it to be. We are clumsy, we are naive, but we are one.
