As the night shone through the window, I saw shadows on the wall,

Images of roses, thoughts of romance, Kisses, Hugs, Champagne on ice,

Graceful, stately, gorgeous, radiant, peaceful, gentle, loving,
Quiet and yet dignified, Images of Roses, Music, poem, and wine,
It was music playing softly in the background, the scent of perfume
She graced the room in various and different ways,
Colors of Red, Yellow, White, roses for special occasions,
Or was it just Images of Roses, that he saw and dreamed about?
What is it about roses, that go straight to a ladies heart?
It was quiet time, thoughts, ideas, dreams, fantasies, memories,
I looked and she was there close, and he knew he couldn't leave,
